• We build our trays out of 3/4 Finished Birch with 1/4 or 1/2 bottoms.
• With 1/4 bottoms the weight capacity is 75 lb.
• With 1/2 bottoms the weight capacity is increased to 125 lbs.
• Our trays are constructed using dovetailed joints and our bottoms have a dado joint.
• We provide full extension slides with 12 gauge slide mounting brackets to attach trays to an existing shelf.
• We also provide drawer bumpers to ensure doors are protected when pulling out tray.
• Please note existing shelves have to be fixed if not already with L brackets and screws underneath.
• Our mounting application is the strongest on the market.
• Lastly, we make our trays with or without a scoop in the front for easier hand access when pulling out.
• Our trays are backed up with a lifetime warranty.
